The vast majority of orders are processed within 24 hours.  It depends where you are located as to how long it will take to receive your order. It can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive if you are located in a remote location. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you would like your order to be delivered to your workplace, please enter the company name at checkout.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Australia Post. In order to track your parcel, please click the link embedded in the email.

Please contact immediately if you wish to amend a delivery address. Once an order has been processed we are unable to amend it, so please thoroughly check the delivery details when ordering.

Please get in touch ASAP if you would like to make any changes. We cannot promise that we will be able to but will try to accommodate. As soon as an order has been placed it joins a queue for dispatch to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. Therefore, once processed, we are unable to change or cancel an order.

We know how annoying it is when your favourite product is unavailable, and as much as we endeavour to always be in stock, from time to time, we may run out. We will do our best to have the products back in stock ASAP and will keep you posted on the ETA

Ullu Makeup Remover works with just water, either warm or cold, your choice. All you need to do is simply wet your Ullu Makeup Remover  and gently wipe off your makeup. No need for any soaps or chemical makeup removers of any kind.

Simply throw it in with your normal machine wash but no fabric softeners or bleach please. It can be washed around 200 times. We recommend rinsing your Ullu makeup remover after each use and machine washing as often as needed (we find a couple of times a week is perfect)
